為了照顧到深夜收工、清晨要出席重要場合，或者行程緊湊的客人，114HAIR 特別提供全天候 24 小時服務。我們之所以堅持這份用心良苦的安排，是因為我們深知每位客人的時間都很寶貴。To accommodate clients with late-night shifts, early-morning events, or tight schedules, 114HAIR proudly offers 24-hour services. We go the extra mile because we know how precious your time is.

不過，在標準營業時間以外的時段，髮型師和團隊需要付出額外的心力、時間以及犧牲休息陪伴家人的時光。因此，營業時間以外（21:00 至翌日 11:00）的預約，均需額外收取 HK$350 的加班費。感謝大家的體諒與對職人精神的尊重！

However, operating outside standard hours requires extra time, energy, and sacrifice from our stylists and team. Therefore, an overtime service charge of HK$350 applies to all bookings outside working hours (21:00 to 11:00 the next day). Thank you for your understanding and respect for our craft!

如果您計劃在預約當天才聯絡我們，或者直接親臨現場（Walk-in），這將被視為「即日預約」。
If you contact us on the same day of your desired service or visit us without a prior booking, it is considered a Same-Day / Walk-in booking.

留位費： 需即時支付預約項目定價之 50% 作為留位費（所有留位費將在最後結帳金額中扣除）。Reservation Fee: A deposit of 50% of the service price is required (this will be fully deducted from your final bill).

附加費： 由於即日臨時預約需要店舖即時調動人力與材料去配合，因此需另外收取 +20% 的總附加服務費用。Surcharge: Since same-day bookings require immediate rearrangement of our staff and resources, a +20% Total Service Surcharge will be applied.
