Booking & Reservation Policy / 預約及留位費政策

我哋嘅預約流程簡單直接，留位費及收費機制如下。

We keep our booking process simple and direct. The reservation fee and pricing structure are as follows.

- 標準預約留位費：單項洗剪為每位港幣50元；染、電、焗油為每位港幣200元；漂或漂染為每位港幣300元。標準預約必須最少提前2天，即48小時前完成付款，方會確認預約。

Standard Booking Reservation Fee: HKD 50 per person for haircut; HKD 200 per person for hair dying, perming, or treatment; HKD 300 per person for bleaching. Bookings will only be confirmed upon successful payment of the reservation fee at least 2 days, 48 hours, in advance.

- 營業時間及加班費：營業時間為 11:00 至 21:00。於營業時間以外時間預約均需額外收取加班費港幣350元。

Working Hours & Overtime Surcharge: Working hours are 11:00 to 21:00. Any booking scheduled outside working hours is subject to an overtime surcharge of HKD 350.

- 即日預約及Walk-in：即日預約或 Walk-in 客人須即時支付預約項目定價之 50% 作為留位費，且總帳單須額外收取 20% 的即日附加服務費。

Same-Day Booking & Walk-in: Same-day or walk-in bookings require an immediate reservation fee of 50% of the service price. The final bill is subject to a 20% same-day service surcharge.

- 遲到與沒收條款：遲到20分鐘或以上將會被即時沒收留位費。客人需要重新支付全新留位費方可重新預約。

Lateness & Forfeiture: The reservation fee will be forfeited if you are late for 20 minutes or more. A new reservation fee must be paid to secure a new booking slot.

- 取消及改期：取消或改期必須最少提前2天通知，否則留位費將被直接沒收。

Cancellation & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 2 days in advance. Otherwise, the reservation fee will be forfeited.

- 結帳扣除：完成服務後，已付的留位費會在最終帳單結帳金額中扣除。

Deduction: The paid reservation fee will be deducted from your final bill upon completion of the service.

Dispute Resolution & Brand Protection / 爭議解決及商譽保護條款

- 爭議解決：若客人對本髮廊服務有任何意見，本髮廊會優先提供免費調整服務。如雙方最終協議進行特殊退款處理，該交易在法律上將被視為撤銷。已退款之交易等同服務未曾提供，雙方同意停止發表任何影響、損害對方聲譽或品牌之言論及網上評論。

Dispute Resolution: In the event of dissatisfaction, the Salon will prioritize providing complimentary adjustment services. If a special refund is mutually agreed upon, the transaction is legally rescinded. As no service is deemed rendered, both parties agree to refrain from making or publishing any statements or online reviews that disparage or harm each other's reputation or brand.

- 法律程序與違約索償：114HAIR 保留直接採取法律行動及起訴之權利，追究違反合約及誹謗責任，並向違約者索取全額賠償，包括生意營業額損失、律師費及所有行政訴訟成本。

Legal Action & Remedies: Any breach of the mutual non-disparagement or confidentiality agreement will result in direct legal action by the Salon. 114HAIR reserves the right to initiate formal legal proceedings for breach of contract and defamation, and will seek full damages, including loss of business revenue, legal fees, and all administrative costs.

Retail Products Policy / 產品購買政策

- 本產品政策適用於所有在本實體店或官方網站購買之頭髮護理、造型及官方零售產品。

This policy applies to all hair care, styling, and official retail products purchased at our physical studio or official website.

- 恕不退換：所有售出產品，不論是在店舖或網上購買，一概不設退貨、退款或換貨。

No Refund & No Return: All product sales are final. There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances, whether purchased in-store or online.

- 最終決定權：所有有關產品銷售、損壞或瑕疵之爭議，一律以 114HAIR 的最終決定為準。

Final Decision: Any disputes regarding product sales, damages, or defects shall be subject to the final decision of 114HAIR.

4. Studio Rules & Customer Etiquette / 店內守則及禮儀

- 我哋提供一個高品質、有態度嘅環境，同時希望客人互相尊重並承擔個人安全責任。

We provide a premium and direct environment. We expect mutual respect and individual responsibility for personal safety.

- 店貓與過敏申報：本髮廊設有店貓陪同。進店即代表閣下知悉並接受店貓之存在。若客人對貓隻過敏，必須在預約或進店前主動申報。

Cat Companionship & Allergy Declaration: Our salon features a resident studio cat. Entering the studio implies consent to the presence of the cat. Customers with cat allergies must declare their condition prior to booking or entering the salon.

- 免責聲明：任何貓隻過敏反應、或在店內使用運動器材、遊玩設施、Playground 區域時發生之任何意外或受傷，客人必須自負全責。114HAIR 恕不承擔任何法律或賠償責任。

Liability Disclaimer: Customers shall bear sole and full responsibility for any cat allergy reactions, or any accidents, injuries, or mishaps occurred while using our sports gear, playground, or salon facilities. 114HAIR shall not be held liable for any legal or compensation claims.

5. General Clause / 最終條款

- 最終決定權：114HAIR 保留隨時修改、更新或終止上述所有條款及細則之權利，恕不作另行通知。如有任何爭議，一律以 114HAIR 的最終決定為準。

Final Authority: 114HAIR reserves the right to amend, update, or terminate any of the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of 114HAIR shall be final and binding.
